This is an excellent option for Choti Choti bhukh. A power pack option this is my version of muesli bars. The addition of ginger powder gives warmness to body.
Steps

Dry roast pumpkin seeds and pistachio in a pan. Dry roast it in advance as it takes time to get crunchier.

Add muesli, chopped almonds and cornflakes. Roast it for 4-5 minutes. Take off flame and cool it.

In a pan add ghee and jaggery.

Cook it on medium flame until jaggery starts bubbling.

Add roasted muesli and ginger powder. Mix it nicely on slow flame.

Meanwhile grease a pan with ghee.

Cook it for 2-3 minutes.

Shift it to the greased pan. Press it evenly when warm.

Let it cool and cut it into desired shapes.

Enjoy muesli bars as healthy winter snack.
