Put all things in a bowl (all purpose flour Caraway,soda,salt,oil,) mix it & knead it with the help of little water.

Keep it a side for rest for 10 minutes.

Now take a pan heat it.Put butter in it,lei it heat.

Add cumin seeds,cracle it add all chopped ingredients and saute it.

Add whole crushed spices roast it.

Add Green peas stir it and cover it for 2 mins.

Add boiled and mashed potatoes.

Add salt,Chaat masala,mix it.

Add garam masala.mix all things very well.

Remove it from the flame.

Keep it a side for cooling.

Now make medium balls from the dough.

Roll it thin like a puri.Cut it in the middlle make 2 parts.Take one part,make 3 cut marks in the middle and cover it other part.

Mould it like a samosa cone.Fill it with prepared mixture and press it gently.

In a pan put oil,let it heat

Fry prepared samosas on medium flame, until golden and crispy.

Serve it hot with green chutney.

It is a seasonal and healthy dish stuffed with Green peas
