Beans and yam porridge

Wash beans with clean water and pour into a pot of warm water to cook for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes of parboiling the beans,wash the beans once more with cold water, pour into another pot of boiling water

Peel the yam and cut it into pieces. Blend pepper and onions

After a period of 15 minutes of the beans boiling then add up the diced yam and oil

Also add the blended crayfish, ginger, garlic, pepper, onion,salt and maggi to taste stir properly cover to cook till the yam is done

Then serve
