Ingredients

  1. 2 bowlpoha
  2. 3-4onion chopped
  3. 2potato chopped
  4. 1tomato finely chopped
  5. To tastesalt
  6. To tastered chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspdry coriander powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  10. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  11. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat the oil

  2. 2

    Add cumin and mustard seeds

  3. 3

    Now add onion, potato, tomato and soute it.

  4. 4

    Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix it.

  5. 5

    Now wash the poha and add it and mix it and cook it for 1 minute

  6. 6

    Serve it
