  • 1/2 kgminced meat
  • I bunch coriander or coriander powder
  • 1 tbsKikkoman soy Sauce
  • 1 tspback pepper
  • 3large onions finely chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • Cooking oil

    Mix all the spices with the minced meat

  2. 2

    Refrigerate for 15 mins. Shape the minced meat into round balls after refrigeration.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil and shallow fry on both sides.

  4. 4

    Prepare a sweet savoury tomato sauce and serve with spaghetti.

  5. 5

    You can serve separately or mix the sauce with the meat balls.
