Steps

Take all the vegetables listed in the ingredients washed them and cut them into small cubes
- 2
Transfer all the vegetables in a pressure cooker (except peas) along with 1/2 cup of water and half tbsp salt

Close the lid and cook it till the 2 whistles turn off the flame and mash all the vegetables gently.

Heat oil and butter in a pan together and add cumin,add chopped onion and sauté until turns translucent

Add chopped tomatoes and peas together with mentioned spices and saute until turn soft

Add mashed veggies into into along with little water cook for 4-5 minutes and also add butter and lemon juice in it.

Serve with buns and love

Here in dubai it’s available easily in supermarkets....if its available in your area its ok else use indian garam masala but i am sure it’s easily available everywhere now ...😊
