Ingredients

  • Left over pounded yam
  • 1egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • cubeStock
  • oil for deep frying
  • Flour (I used whole wheat flour for this)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mould the pounded yam into balls

  2. 2

    Beat the egg, adding salt, pepper and stock cube

  3. 3

    Roll one yam ball in the egg mix and roll same in flour. Repent this twice (or more) for each ball

  4. 4

    Deep fry until golden brown. This doesn't take long.

  5. 5

    Enjoy with any beverage of your choice.
