Ingredients

  • 1 bunchspinach
  • 1Brinjal
  • 1potato
  • 1/4pumpkin
  • 1 tspcelery seeds
  • 1 tspgreen chillies chopped
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper celery seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add chopped vegetables and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add chopped Spinach and saute well,cover till it is soft

  4. 4

    Add sugar and mix well and switch off

  5. 5

    It is ready to be served
