Ingredients

  • 4potatoes peeled and cut in long slices
  • as neededOil for frying
  • As neededWater as required
  • To tasteSalt and chat masala

    Firstly boil water add potatoes in it for 2 minutes now transfer it in a cloth and drt it

  2. 2

    Now take a pan add oil and heat it now fry the potatoes till become crispy

  3. 3

    Serve it with tomato sauce
