When there's a call for getting delicious meals. This kind came in handy for a healthy family. Note, this type of vegetables was only cooked with onions since it was meant to stay long but i added a tomatoe.

When there's a call for getting delicious meals. This kind came in handy for a healthy family. Note, this type of vegetables was only cooked with onions since it was meant to stay long but i added a tomatoe.

Pluck leaves from stems

Wash your vegetables

Add few sliced onions and boil vegetables

Slice your onions and tomatoes.

Heat oil in a pan and add onions then fry to golden brown.

Add in vegetables and mix well.

Now add in milk and salt then let cook for around 7 minutes.

Serve and enjoy, can be refrigerated for later use upto 7 days.
