  2. 1 cupcabbage slice
  3. 1 cupchopped onion fry
  4. 1 cupchopped coriander leaves
  5. 1/2 cupmethi chutney
  6. 1/2 cupgreen chutney
  7. 1/2 cupgarlic chutney
  8. 1/2 cupchopped fry garlic
  9. 1/2 cupboiled red channa
  10. 15Samosa
  11. 15onion pokra
  12. For gravy
  13. 4 cupnaryal pani
  14. 3 teaspoongram flour
  15. 5 teaspooncurd
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. 1 cupchopped boiled carrot beans
  18. 4boiled potato mashed

Steps

  1. 1

    For gravy one bowl mix all ingredients in medium flame continue stair boil.

    Small serving bowl add one Samoa to hand crush add all ingredients one by one to add your taste carrot cabbage chana onion garlic chutneys or gravy to serve hot.
