Ingredients

  • 500 gmgreen chilli
  • to tastesalt
  • to tastered chilli
  • 2 tspturmeric
  • 2 tbspgrinded mustard
  • 1 tsphing
  • 2 tbspfennel seeds
  • 1 tbspfenugreek seeds
  • oil as needed

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and dry the chillies

  2. 2

    Mix all spices together

  3. 3

    Slit chilli and fill this spice mix in it

  4. 4

    Keep them in a jar and leave for 1 day

  5. 5

    Next day heat sufficient mustard oil,cool it completely and pour on the chillies

  6. 6

    Stir it daily,it is ready to eat
