Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupgarlic
  2. 1/4 cupsesame seeds
  3. 2 tbsproasted peanuts (shing)
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 cupred chilli powder
  6. 2 tbspcoriander and cumin powder (Dhanya-jira powder)

Steps

  1. 1

    Do the thin slice of garlic. Spread on aluminium foil. Keep it in sun light for 5-8 days. Or till it turns completely crispy.

  2. 2

    Dry roast sesame seeds.

  3. 3

    Take a grinder jar, cush the garlic 1st. for 4-6sec. Then add sesame and crush again.

  4. 4

    Add chilli powder, salt and cumin and coriander powder. Crush it again just to mix them all.

  5. 5

    Store in air tight container for long time. Enjoy this with idli, dhosa,paratha, making of flavourfull paratha, sandwich, and lots of food.
