  1. 1 packettennis biscuits
  2. 250 mlfresh cream
  3. 1 tincaramel
  4. Peppermint crisp
  5. Mint to garnish

  1. 1

    Beat the cream please don't over mix it
    Mix in the caramel.
    Layer the Tennis biscuits and put in your the Whip cream mixture.
    Sprinkle peppermint crisp on top and garnish with mint

    Place in fridge let set for 4hours
