1 packetmushroom
3-4carrot
1capsicum
2tomato
1onion
As neededGreen Beans
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli powder
to tasteTurmeric powder
as neededMustard oil
As neededcoriander leaves

Steps

1

Cut all the vegetables in long slices.

Take a pan, heat some mustard oil.
3

Add sliced tomatoes and onions to it. Stir well.

Add salt, red chilli and turmeric powder to it. Saute well.

Now add the rest of the vegetables to the pan..mix well!

Your mixed vegetables are ready.
