Cut the fish fillet into strips then put them in the marination.. leave for 10 -20 mins.

Mix the egg with 1 teaspoon milk.add salt and mix well.

Arrange 3 played.. for the egg mixture, flour and bread crumbs.

Dust the fillet strips one at a time... in the flour.. then into the egg mixture. Then lastly into the breadcrumbs...

Deep try in hot oil until golden brown.. serve hot with garlic mayonnaise.. Can be accompanied by rice, steamed veggies or a salad.
