Ingredients

  1. ● For The Avacado Mixture
  2. 4EX Lg Fresh EX LG Firm Avacados
  3. 1/4 CupDrained ROTELL Tomatoes With Green Chile
  4. 1/3 CupChopped Green Onions
  5. 1/4 CupChopped Cilantro Leaves [+ reserves for garnish]
  6. 1 tbspFresh Lemon Or Lime Juice [+ wedges for serving] best for
  7. 1 tspFresh Ground Black Pepper
  8. as neededThin Sliced Cucumbers
  9. 1/2 tspSea Salt [or less]
  10. 1/2 tspFresh Ground Cumin
  11. 1/2 tspGranulated Garlic Powder
  12. 1/2 tspGranulated Onion Powder
  13. 1/2 tspRed Pepper Flakes
  14. as neededChopped Parsley Leaves [for dish & garnish]
  15. as neededEverything Bagel Seasoning
  16. ● For The Options [as needed or to taste]
  17. Large Fresh Eggs
  18. Thin Sliced Tomatoes
  19. LeavesButter Lettuce
  20. Fried - Poached Or Scrambled Egglands Best Eggs
  21. Super Fine Minced Jalapenos
  22. Super Fine Minced White Onions
  23. Super Fine Minced Red Onions
  24. Super Fine Minced Green Bell Peppers

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix it all together, smash and chill.

    Use a thick quality toaster bread.

  3. 3

    Toast bread, lightly butter and smear on avacado mixture.

    Everything Bagel Seasoning pictured. Sprinkle on toast tops.

    Almost done!

    Fry your egg. Add any additions you'd like. Enjoy!
