Ingredients

  1. 1each apple
  2. 2 qtwater
  3. 1/2each lemon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Put your water in a bowl and juice the lemon into it. The amounts aren't too important here. You're just going to dunk your apples in there when you're done to keep them from browning too quickly.

  2. 2

Cut your apple lengthwise into 6 wedges and slice off the core side flat so your wedges will sit nicely, skin side up.

  3. 3

This gets a bit tricky to describe now. Check out the picture and feel free to ask questions or offer suggestions on how to clarify. But, you want to slice wedges of increasingly large sizes from the skin face of the Apple. Then, fan out the wedges.

  4. 4

Dunk these in your lemon juice solution real quick and set them aside. Use as a garnish, or just entertain the kids.
