1 lb.chicken breast
1 (16 oz.)jar alfredo sauce
1 bagfrozen cauliflower, broccoli, carrot mix
1 lb.box rigatoni noodles
1/2 cupshredded parmeasean cheese (optional)

Cook chicken thoroughly and cut into cubes

Cook rigatoni noodles

Steam bag of frozen veggies, I use microwave but any method will work

Combine all ingredients in pot and cook on medium heat about 20 min.
