Cook tortellini as directed on package

In very large bowl combine tortellini, salami, provolone, corn, spinach, artichoke, and half of the olives.

In a small bowl combine dressing, mustard, and half of the parmesan cheese and blend well
- 4
Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.

Top with remaining olives and cheese
- 6
Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
