Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchopped salami
  2. 1 (11 oz)can whole kernel sweet corn
  3. 1 (6 oz)can sliced olives
  4. 1 teaspoondijon mustard
  5. 4 ozprovolone cheese (cut into strips)
  6. 1 (9 oz)pkg frozen spinach
  7. 1 1/2 cupscreamy Italian dressing
  8. 1 (16 oz)frozen uncooked cheese tortellini
  9. 1 (6 oz)jar marinated artichoke hearts
  10. 1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook tortellini as directed on package

  2. 2

    In very large bowl combine tortellini, salami, provolone, corn, spinach, artichoke, and half of the olives.

  3. 3

    In a small bowl combine dressing, mustard, and half of the parmesan cheese and blend well

  4. 4

    Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.

  5. 5

    Top with remaining olives and cheese

  6. 6

    Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
