  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Toothpick

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and slice plantain in rings

  2. 2

    Sprinkle some salt

  3. 3

    Put oil on medium heat and deep fry until golden brown

  4. 4

    Allow to cool and begin placing on a toothpick. Garnished as desired.
