1medium spring onions
1tomato
Salt
Seasoning
Spices (optional)

Steps

Wash and dice tomato and onion. Break and whisk egg in a separate bowl.

Put oil on pan and on a medium heat add diced onions and tomato, cook till little soft with constant stirring, add in salt, seasoning and spices
3

Pour in d whisk egg and scramble till well cooked.
