Ingredients

  • 100 gramssemolina
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1 spoonoil
  • 1 spoonsalt
  • 1 spoonchilli powder
  • 1 cupSplit grams(chana daal)
  • 1eno small packet
  • 1 spoongaram Masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take one bowl then take semolina and water and curd

  2. 2

    Mix these all as well

  3. 3

    And also add boil chana daal and other ingredients

  4. 4

    Now take idli stand and put batter in each bowl

  5. 5

    Put the stand into oven and cook for four minutes and it's ready

  6. 6

    Now it's ready to serve with tomato sauce
