Diced Fresh tomatoes and peppers
1onions bulb
3eggs
2 cubesMaggi
to tasteSalt

Peel and cut your yam.

Wash with salt and boil for 15 minutes, drain and set aside.

Wash your tomatoes, onions and peppers and diced, pour vegetables oil in a pan and fry them for 5 minutes,add salt and Maggi, break your eggs and pour, stir fry for 2 minutes and off gas
