Steps

Wash and cut chicken strips add sliced onions, fresh garlic/ginger, scotch b black pepper, red chilly powder, curry powder and seasoning cubes. Mix well and set

Stir fry the chicken marinade for with olive oil for 5 mins, add the soy sauce, oyster sauce and lemon juice, add the peppers and let it cool for 30 mins

Arrange the lettuce in a salad bowl add the chicken sauce, peas and croutons or pretzel and serve
