  • Amarantha vegetables
  • Spring onions
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Baking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Sort the veges leaving them with stalks

  2. 2

    Fry the onions and oil until golden brown

  3. 3

    Wash the veges... Do not cut. Add to the fried onion.

  4. 4

    Add little baking powder, salt and water. Then cover to cook

  5. 5

    When ready serve with ugali and other dish of your choice... I chose eggs.
