Carrot sponge cake recipe
6 cups flour
6 tbsp baking powder
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 milk
2 cups cooking oil
2 big carrots or 4 small carrots(cleaned and sliced)
First mix eggs,milk,cooking oil and carrots in a blender then mix flour,sugar and baking powder in a separate bowl before mixing all ingredients then bake your sponge cake the normal way under 180°c oven for 20 min..
