Ingredients

  1. 2 kgCarrot
  2. 1 kgMilk
  3. 100 gmGhee
  4. Dry fruits of your choice
  5. 1/2 kg approxSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and put grated carrot in it and add half ghee and cook it for 10 mins after that put milk in it and cook it for 1/2 an hour on medium flame.

  2. 2

    After that put sugar and dry fruits in it and cook it for 15-20 mins.on medium flame when it gets dry off the flame halwa is ready.
