Recipe:
2.5 cups cooked Basmati rice
6 eggs
1 pound of chicken strips
2 chopped carrots
1 can peas
1 large chopped onion
3 minced garlic
1/2 cup of soy sauce
Salt, pepper
Cornstarch
1 tablespoon baking powder
A little oilTo make the best fried rice you need to cook your rice 1 day before you planning on making it. Then refrigerate overnight.

Cut your meat in small tiny pieced. Add cornstarch and mix with your cut chicken strips. Add soy sauce, baking powder, 1 tablespoon oil and mix again. Marinate for 20 min.Take a big pan or a Wok and put a little oil in it. Crack your eggs and beat it well.Pour into hot oil and fry for 5 min. Make sure the eggs are well scrambled. Then sit aside.

Take your marinated meat and add a little more oil in your pan and fry your chicken for 10 min. Take it out and sit aside. Now add a little more oil, add chopped onions, garlic, peas and carrots. Fry your vegetables for 10 min. Add then soy sauce, and fry 10 more minutes. Add now your meat and stir, add salt and pepper and mix well. Add now your cooked rice and mix all well. Now add your eggs. Make sure you mix all really good so all the flavour is mixing with your rice.
