Ingredients

  • 2 poundschopped frozen collards
  • 2 cupsbeef broth
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tablespoontomato paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring the beef broth to a boil. Add the collard greens and salt. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.

    Add the tomato paste and incorporate well. Simmer covered for another 20 minutes.

    Serve i hope you enjoy!!! I served my own self with hot vinegar sauce.
