Mustard Beef Stir Fry
I wanted something a bit different, so searched the fridge and vegetable rack and came up with this. Another of my “Onepotcooking, # Cheap,#Tasty, #Budget,#Familyfreindly, #Studentfreindly, creations!!
Steps

Slice and dice Beef into bite- sized pieces.Add to a wok or large saucepan with about a tablespoon of cooking oil.

Trim, peel, slice Onions and add to Wok.

Wash, trim then slice courgettes. Add to Wok.

Trim off brown parts of Brussel Sprouts, remove outside leaves, then slice into quarters. Add to Wok.

Wipe Mushrooms, then slice and add to the Wok.

Start cooking gently, stirring well to coat all ingredients with the oil.

Continue cooking for about 5-10 minutes to make sure the Beef is browned and the Courgettes and Sprouts are softened. Add the rinsed and drained Bean Shoots and the Whole Grain Mustard to the Wok and stir well for about 2 minutes.

Continue to cook for a further 5-10 minutes until all vegetables are cooked. Serve and enjoy!
