Cut the bitter gourd from centre. pour some salt in the centre of it and put it idle for ½ hour.

After that wash it with running water.

Mix all dry masale in a bowl and fill the bitter gourd with the mixture of masala prepared above.

Now tie bitter gourd with thread.

Heat up oil in a kadhaai. Now put bitter gourd in the oil and fry it at medium flame until it get brown.

After Frying untie the thread.

Now your Bitter gourd is ready to serve and eat.
