2carrots
1/4pumpkin cubed
1large Potato sliced
6-7beans chopped
1tomato chopped
3green chillies chopped
1 tspginger paste
1 tspred chilli Powder
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspcumin seed
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Steps

Heat oil and temper cumin seed
2

Add ginger paste and saute
3

Now add the vegetables and saute well
4

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft
5

Now add red chilli Powder and tomato saute well
6

As it is soft add sugar and mix well
7

Serve it with rice or chapati
