Ingredients

  • 1 kgcrab
  • 500 grprawns
  • 1onion diced
  • 4chilli (optional)
  • 1stem curry leave
  • 1 tablespoonKashmiri chilli powder
  • 2 Tablespooncoconut oil
  • 1 cantomato purée
  • 1 cupfresh cream
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in pot, add crab fry for 5 - 10 minutes until water evaporates.

  2. 2

    Add curry leave, onions and chilli, fry until onion is soft, add Kashmiri chilli powder and tomato purée. Cook for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add prawns and fresh cream, cook until the gravy thickens.
