Steps

First we peel and cut in large pieces and boil in pressure cooker for 3 to 4 whistles

When cool yam we mash in large mixing bowl or plate

Now add 2tsp rice flour and finely chopped ginger,garlic and coriander leaves and mix well add cumin seeds

Now make mint chutney add mint leaves coriander and garlic lemon juice and salt and nuts

Now shape this mixture in to small flat patties and roll in rice flour ready all kababs this way

Now heat fry pan spread little oil and arrange kababs on pan and shallow fry till become crisp and brown on both sides and serve with fresh coriander and mint chutney
