Steps

Grate gajar (Carrot) and cut mirchi in strips.

In a pan heat it add oil then add mustard seed,hing, Harimirch,haldi and salt saute for half minute, add gajar stir it.

Off the flame add Coriander transfer to bowl again garnish with Coriander

Gajar sambhara is side dish and in breakfast paratha or bhakri or roti sabji with sambhara in lunch
