  3. 5 stalkspumpkin leaves
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 1bulb of onion
  6. 2 teaspoonsolive oil
  7. Thyme,seasoning(optional)..and salt

    Cut the plantain to size and fry

    Cut the other ingredients

    Heat oil,add onions, tomatoes and stir for some minutes, add thyme,salt to taste,add beaten eggs and veggies, stir together for 45 seconds
