A healthy snack recipe that can be had with hot evening tea in the cool winters. These can be stored for a long period so are also ideal to carry while travelling. A healthy indulgence!

Coarsely grind oats and mix it with wheat flour, maize flour and gram flour.

Add all the other dry ingredients along with mint, coriander and methi to this flour mixture and mix well.

Add butter and grated cheese to the mixture and mix well with hands till you get a sand like consistency.

Slowly add water and knead to get a smooth dough.

Preheat your oven at 180°C for 10 mins. Make balls from the dough and roll out to get thin rotis.

Cut into desired shapes. You may even use a cookie cutter here. Prick holes in the crackers with a fork so that don't puff up while baking.

Place these crackers in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180° C for 10 to 15 mins. Remove from oven and allow them to cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
