In a kadhai/wok add butter and then add finely chopped garlic

After frying the garlic a little add finely chopped spinach and fry that. Wait till the water released by spinach dries up

Then add the cooked rice and mix.Don’t cover.

Add salt, zeera/cumin powder and red chilli powder to taste
