Vanilla cup cakes

In a bowl take oil / butter, curd, powderd sugar and whisk for a few minutes.
In a another bowl seive all dry ingredients and keep aside. - 2
After whisking add wet ingredients add dry ingredients in 2-3 batches and fold them and add some milk according to the requirement.

After this add vinegar in the cake batter and mix well, pour the cake batter in cupcake moulds and bake them in the oven at 180℃ for 8- 10 minutes.

After baking take out from oven and keep aside for 10-15 minutes or until the cupcakes are completely cool down.

Take a bowl and pour chilled whipped cream and with the help of electric beater whip the cream until we get soft peaks, after getting soft peaks add powderd sugar and again whip until stiff peaks.

Take a piping bag with star tip, fill all the cream in that piping bag and make a rosset on the cupcake put some silver balls or coloured balls and enjoy.

If u want to bake that cupcakes in a pot then take a pot, put some salt in the base, place a wire rack and preheat the pot for 5 minutes on medium flame after preheating place the tray on over the waise rack, bake them for 12-15 minutes or until the cupcakes are completely baked
