Steps

Take a pan and add suji and add 1 glass of water. Cook it well for 5-10 minutes. Then, make small balls of it.

Then, steam it for 10 minutes. Take a Pan and add oil in it. Add mustard seed (rai), green chilli, onion, tomato, salt and amchur powder. Mix it well and cook for 5 minutes. Also add suji balls in it. Cover it with lid or any steel plate.

Now, your Suji puffs are ready to eat. Serve it with coriander leaves.
