Wash lemon grass and boil with d 5 cups water.until the water becomes green.

Sieve the grass from lemon grass and add the sugar to the hot water, stir until fully dissolved.Allow to cool.

Ina separate jug pour in the lemon juice extract and add in the lemon grass syrup.

Stir continuously, if sugar is needed u can add 2 ur taste.

Serve it chilled.
