Make sure you carefully read the entire thing before trying it out.

Start by heating oil in a pan till it's just before the boiling stage.

Crack open the eggs into the pan and add the Shiracha, Mayonnaise and Dark Soy Sauce into the pan.
Now remember to use your senses, just because it's written here, doesn't mean it's the exact amounts, if it's looking adequate, don't put any more..

Stir until all the ingredients are mixed and the egg is cooked. It should be scrambled at this point in time.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Take the pan off of the stove, and put on another pan with a wider base to cook the Tortilla.

Lay the Tortilla on the pan and start cooking one side of it, and flip to make sure both sides look light brown in colour.

Now slowly put the Ranch sauce on the Tortilla, spread it evenly.

Now add the cooked egg on the Tortilla, followed by adequate grated cheese.

Now fold the Tortilla from one side to the other, making the full circle in to a folded half one.

Gently pat and press the Tortilla till the cheese melts and the Tortilla is cooked.

Take the Tortilla off of the pan and plate it in a matter that suits you.

Note - From step 6 to step 11, all the steps need to be done in rapid succession in order to save the Tortilla from turning hard and crisp.
