Ingredients

  • 1 cupsuji
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 2 spoonbutter
  • 2green chilli
  • leavesSome curry
  • 1 spoonsoaked chana dal
  • to tasteSalt
  • Water as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast the suji.till golden brown in colour.

  2. 2

    Heat butter in a wok,add mustard seeds and curry leaves,chana dal and all ingredients when crackle add suji and water.

  3. 3

    Cook till thick consistency.

  4. 4

    Garnish with green chilli serve hot
