  • Cubes
  • Rice,
  • Tomatoes Gravy
  • Onions,
  • dry fish

Steps

  1. 1

    Add rice to boiling water. Parboil, remove and wash.

  2. 2

    Add the tomatoes gravy to a pot of boiling water. Add the rice. Allow to boil. Add onions, bay leaves, salt and cube to taste. Add shredded dry fish. Allow to dry.

  3. 3

    Serve with the peanuts.
