Take mixing bowl sieve all dry ingredients three four times, take another mixing bowl take butter and sugar in it my it till butter light and creamy add vanilla and chocolate essence and mix it

Add dry ingredients in wet ingredients in batches with milk and continue mixing to avoid lumps don't over mix we need pouring consistency pour mixture in greased pan tap it to relieve air bubbles bake preheated oven at 180degree for 25/30 min till cake done.

Cool cake completely take micro safe bowl take chopped chocolate in it and fresh cream microwave it for 1 min take out and mix until turn on room temperature keep aside

Take cake on cakeboard cut into two parts on one part on cake board soak with sugar syrup apply whipped cream and strawberry chunks put another one soak with sugar syrup crumb coat cake and keep in fridge for chill, take out and pour chocolate ganache on it and refrigerate until completely set now arrange strawberry on top
