Simple way of frying yam with egg

With out boiling yam before frying and you get the perfect taste.
Cooking Instructions

Get your fresh yam, cut and divide it into two part. Pill the back of the yam divide it to 2 and to four 4 part if the yam is big. Start cutting it into slice, wash it with water and and turn it inside the basket
