-I make them as snacks to use up leftover flour. I always keep shio-kombu so I can make them easily.-You can use a hot plate to enjoy eating hot and crispy jeons at your table.-The shio-kombu marinade seasons the pork well.-The pork is already seasoned well without other condiments (if you like it saltier, add more shio-kombu).-Add more cheese to taste.-Add other ingredients to make your own original jeon. The longer it sits and the flavors mix the better it tastes! It has been my go to recipe for parties since I became an adult, I always have people asking for the recipe. It's so easy and you can add more or less of the ingredients, you just can't go wrong! magsMagee -

Wakame + Bacon Wakame + Bacon
My friend was on a diet quite awhile ago and taught me this recipe. Since it's so easy to make and includes wakame, I often make it.Please make it with whatever yakiniku sauce your family likes best! Wring out the water from the wakame seaweed very well. If you add too much sauce it will become salty! If you're on a diet, use less bacon and more wakame! For 1-2 servings.
