Ingredients

Makes 2 pancakes
  1. 1/2yam
  2. 4 slicesbacon
  3. 3-4 tablespoonschopped green onions
  4. as neededShredded cheese,
  5. 1egg
  6. Salt and pepper, to taste
  7. 2 tablespoonspotato starch
  8. 1 teaspoongranulated bouillon
  9. Ponzu sauce, as desired

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, mix together julienned yam, bacon cut into 1/2-inch pieces, chopped green onions, and the ingredients marked with ◎.

    Spread the mixture thinly in a non-stick frying pan and sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat until browned.

    Flip the pancake and cook without the lid until the cheese is browned. It's done!

    *Tip: Use the lid to help flip it easily.
