  • 2 (12 oz.)packages bulk pork sausage
  • 1 cupchopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cupchopped onion
  • 3 cupsfrozen hashbrown potatoes
  • 2 cupsshredded Cheddar
  • 1 cuporiginal Bisquick mix
  • 2 cupsmilk

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 400°. Cook sausage, bell pepper and onion over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Drain.

  2. 2

    Combine sausage mixture, potatoes and 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese in greased 13x9 baking pan.

  3. 3

    Stir Bisquick mix, milk and pepper and eggs. Pour into baking dish.

  4. 4

    Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 1-2 minutes, or until melted.
