Add butter to mixing bowl

Sift in icing sugar and cream.

Then add beaten egg and mix.

In a separate bowl, combine flour and custard powder and mix together.

Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix using a spatula. Do not over mix.

Scoop dough and make into balls using your palm. Roll into sugar and place on lined baking sheet.

Use fork to press the dough to make marks.

NOTE: Ingredients should always be at room temperature.
